Wesley College's Patrick Schlosser, DaJahn Lowery, Markael Jenkins and Johnny Crenshaw have been named United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Associations All-Americans, it was announced by the USTFCCCA May 27. The quartet of freshman all received the honors in the 4x100m Relay after earning the bronze at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships last weekend in a Capital Athletic Conference and Selby Stadium Record 40.71.

Schlosser, a native of Montgomery Village, Md., led off the 4x100m Relay as he has for much of the season.  Also a member of the Wolverines 4x400m Relay that took 13th at Nationals, Schlosser became Wesley's first-ever decathlete after taking second at the Lynchburg College Multi-Meet the two days following the CAC Championships in early May.  Schlosser also holds outdoor school-records in the 4x200 and 4x400m Relay, Pole Vault and Discus.

Running the second and arguably fastest leg of the 4x100m Relay, Lowery, who is a Suitland, Md., product, was recently named the Wolverines Outdoor Track Most Valuable Player.  Running the team's top time in the 100m this season (10.76), Lowery also ran the team's second-fastest 200m Dash and ran a leg of the 4x400m Relay at Penn Relays.  Lowery holds the outdoor school-record in the 4x200m Relay.

A native of White Plains, Md., Jenkins is on the third leg of the 4x100m Relay and was the lone Wolverine to qualify for Nationals in both the Indoor & Outdoor Seasons.  After running a school-record 6.88 in the 60m Dash to take 14th at the NCAA Indoor Track Championships, Jenkins matched Lowery with a 10.76 in the 100m Dash outdoor and also holds the school-record in the 4x200m Relay.

Making the short trek to Wesley from nearby Felton, Del., Crenshaw anchored the 4x100m Relay and ran a Wesley-best 21.97 in the 200m Dash outdoors this season.  Crenshaw also holds the school-record in the 4x200m Relay which was set at the Penn Relays in 1:26.95.

The four All-Americans produced by Wesley is the most in Wolverines track & field history. Only two Wesley track & field athletes had earned All-America honors prior to this season: Chris Donisi and Matt Bundy.
